Big shout out to the SEGA Mega Drive for it’s 25th Birthday. This beast with the beats and the blast processing, son! XD Fact is, if it wasn’t for the Mega Drive and Sonic 1 i wouldn’t be here today as i am, doing what i do. It got me in to gaming and inspired my entire first generation on this planet. It was the starting point for me, brought me in and showed me its world and i stayed locked through the Saturn and Dreamcast, right until the very end when SEGA bowed out of the console race. But i was proud to be there from the start with the MD, man what a console that was.It made a young little nerd out of me, who in time would use those geeky elements and mash them together with the music he listened to and the culture he grew up in to become a self-proclaimed Urban-Nerd, proud to big up SEGA to this very day.I was rapping about SEGA online before YouTube even existed, that’s how far back i go with this.Mega Drive, you started it all for me. I’m really honestly not sure where i would have gone with this life if you had not done what you did. In a throw back to my old saying, and probably only a handful of people will remember me using this anyway but regardless, love is love~♥

Sega Mega Drive, Sega, 16 bit/fourth generation, 1988.
